So I went and looked up if Ral 0069 existed and it didn't. So I checked Pantone and they had a 690. For the memes I looked up Pantone 420C and it went surprisingly well with 690C.

I agree with MatthewDias on the NICE kit. Would appreciate "Nice" keys instead of the all caps NICE to better match the existing mods.

It's nice, but no way I'd buy this as a GMK set. Too expensive, too long a wait. If you can make a well priced PBT kit with 3key 40s and split space in base kit I'd definitely consider that.

Although I'd recommend putting the numpad in base. GMK child kits are expensive and most people who use one wouldn't pay $30-40 for just a numpad on top of the base kit, they'd just not get the set at that point.

If you're completely opposed to this idea then please move r1 PgDn and End to numpad kit since those are used for 1800 layouts and serve no purpose in a base kit without a numpad.

re: numpad, gonna wait more on ic feedback, but currently leaning towards leaving it out. i feel like i see more alice than 1800/similar layouts.

You can move the R1 1u End, PgDn keys from base to the numpad kit since they are only ever used together with the numpad on layouts such as 1800/CP/96-key.

There is a duplicate R1 1u Delete key in base which should be removed.

It appears that you have a R3 1.75u Enter key in base as part of 3-key 40s support. However, this is incorrect — the Enter should be 1.5u.

You may optionally add a 2.25u Shift to the base kit. This provides physical compatibility for 660 layouts.
Another optional addition would be two 1.5u Super keys together with a second 1u Alt. This is for Mac and OG HHKB bottom row setups.

I like the inspiration.
I have some suggestions/considerations:
1) Change manufacturer from GMK (Expensive + long wait times). It would avoid the whole MOQ child kit debate on if it is worth including numpad into base kit or not
2) Novelty kit:
- Change NICE to Nice.
- Include at least 2 x 1.25u, and 2 x 1.5u novelties that say "Nice" for the bottom row.
- Reduce the number of 1u top row novelties that say 'Nice'. You have 6, which appears to be a bit excessive? I can understand having 4 for F5-8, but are you including another 2 for Esc/F13? Could change one of them have inverted colour scheme as an accent Esc key substitute? Also is there a need for 3 x 1u in the 2nd row from top, instead of just 2 for the XT-layout macro column coverage?
- Consider instead including 2 x 1u top row novelties: light gray legend on maroon (i.e. accent Esc key) that says 690 C, and conversely a maroon legend on gray that says 420 C. To directly reference your inspiration.
