So.... Last year "No one came"
This year, 2 group of kids so far, WTH ? Tp4 unprepared.. Gave out quarters.
Seriously, What are these people thinking.. Would they actually EAT that candy from other people's houses ?? In the middle of the Delta Covid (Peak mind-you).. That's insane..

They should do remote trick or treating where kids cold call random people on skype and demand they send them candy in the mail

Instead of putting needles in the candy this year, I put spike proteins in it. It's like free vaccine if they make it past the stomach acid.
My door bell rang constantly for about one hour and then stopped completely. We ran out of candy, so my wife ended up handing out toy lizards from 25 years ago to the last few groups. None of the kids said, "Trick or treat" either, just, "Happy Halloween". What's up with that?

I'm not sure, its been a mix for me although most common its happy Halloween when they are leaving

I'm glad I don't have to do this. They do it around here, but not that heavily I would say.
