Which is great for anyone who did didjamatic's suggested key remap.
And queue the Darth Vader Music...

What printing tech is used on the original keycaps?
-
I'm not sure, have a see for yourself

I can tell you that the original keycaps have a better texture to them. The ABS ones are smooth and you can feel the letters if you run your finger over them.
-
Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Rather would have keycaps that last forever than look good.
-
The good thing about having both is you can switch when the mood strikes :P
-
I figured, why the heck not.

The white on black is pretty nice actually.

Speaking of transformations, do you know if anyones ever attempted a keyswitch swap on an abs?
-
I have two abs m1's that I have swapped all switches...one board has white complicated with bumpers from an apple aekII & the other has pink complicated switches from an earlier apple board... both have clicky leafs & one I cut 1/8" off each spring (it's my daily driver now) there should be pics of them on here somewhere

Looks great. Me like!

Nice, I think I know where my minitouch switches will be going.

I'd rather have keys that look good since nothing lasts forever.
It's a Zen thing.
