Loving the new Halo, 343 did a great job. They could tweak the hit box and hit detection a small bit, but other than that I love it. Brings back fond memories of Halo 2 days/nights.
I've been playing a lot of Halo Infinite to my surprise! I was never the biggest Halo fan when I was a kid, but I'm having a great time playing so far.Long time no see, wb!
The progression & monetization could use *some* work, but it's not a huge worry for me.
are you talking about coop play ?Multiplayer with friends in the same team vs other teams.
Did you do the multi-player ?
Multiplayer with friends in the same team vs other teams.
PC, obviously. I find the insinuation that I might be a console gamer repulsive and insulting (http://forum.falloutstudios.org/public/style_emoticons/default/I8.GIF) .Multiplayer with friends in the same team vs other teams.
u guys playing xbx or pc ?

you can get switches with long stems that would poke up through the monitor case. that way you don't need to find a compatible plastic button.
I think halo is already the pinnacle of FPS refinement. It's got Exactly what Fps shooters crave.WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT

Chyros, Tp4 doesn't think chyros set it up properly for "Peak" experience, it's a tricky engine.
The input lag and response is totally weird if any steps were missed, it's basically beta.
From drivers, to background task, etc.
The GPU requirement is also extremely extremely high.
TP4 am oldskool too though, right?
If you've played the likes of Quake 3, UT99, and other classic arena shooters, it should be obvious why HI is but a shadow of a game. Genuinely I don't see ANYTHING that game has going for it other than it being free. If it came out as a non-Halo title from a lesser-known developer, I doubt anyone would pay attention to it.
There's nothing deep about it at all and it doesn't play like Quake in the slightest! When's the last time you played Q3 that had regenerating health and a limited arsenal? :pTP4 am oldskool too though, right?

In many ways HI is balanced exactly like Quak.
When setup properly, the PACING of the game, between "engagement" and "reward" is very tight, and there's "just enough" to "do" where each fight feels like a chess move.
There is alot to think about when trying to win an engagement.
It also must be played as a team, They've built this around the team dynamic.
The addition of Controller players is also unique. Because of controller auto-aim, that makes controller players much better at snap forward engagement vs mouse players.
So a combo is Mouse player forming the back end, who can turn around faster, and aim, while a controller player takes point, because they can use auto snipe weapons more effectively.
4 different grenades, very different effect, repulsor deflection mechanic, many different mechanics that form the play pieces.
It's an extremely Deep game.
