OTD doesn't play nice with Google Translate so I have no idea what's going on in that site. The Koreans created a custom controller. We'd rather argue about shiny keys.
Dude they're korean what do you expect. It's like when I lose in starcraft 2 I can blame it on race, especially when they are speaking in Korean. You just can't compete with that.
(disclaimer, with all due respect I love Koreans, this was not meant to be a slur, just a comment on their gaming and geeky superiority in certain ways)

No, the software that checks for ghosting would limit the rollover. You would need to create a custom firmware module and load it into the controller. Or more likely just swap out the controller.
Nkey is a combination of HW and SW. See the Nkey Wiki. (http://geekhack.org/showwiki.php?title=NKey+Rollover+-+Overview+Testing+Methodology+and+Results)
And Welcome to Geekhack! Here's a Korean dude that actually did all that. (http://geekhack.org/showwiki.php?title=Island:6731)
Shameless self promotion...
But for a good cause!
Soon all shall understand NKRO, all because of you Rip!
