Title: Max Keyboard - Blackbird LED's stopped working

A while back the ESC stopped working.
Sometime later all of the LEDs went out.

Keyboard works fine otherwise.  Is there an easy fix or do I need a new keyboard?

One LED could be a broken trace, all of them could be a more important broken trace or a dead ... transistor(?)

Is this an old Blackbird custom or a commercial board?  A pic of the PCB might reveal some places to poke, or if it's commercial it might not.

I had a few keys (WASD) customized with different LEDs so I guess it's a semi custom, it will be a while before I get around to taking it apart though.
