Does your keyboard look like this:

Or like this:

And I mean the shape of keycaps...

So basicly it's 105-KEY keyboard. Don't realy know, but if you are using English as input method you shoul use UK/Great Britain English not US... Can't help much further...

Probaly not issue with wrong layout as my test on my new Filco Brown didn't suggest anything like it.

I would say it's broken, the wire/wires resposible for those keys in matrix likely is cut-off. If you haven't caused extensive damage on it by any forcefull means I think you should RMA it, atleast contact the retailler and ask their option.

Also, if you haven't check your connections, atleast my adapter isn't the best fit...

If it doesn't work in other computer or with just USB then it is broken. Just contact them and ask how they want to go on replacement. Even higher quality products can go wrong...

BTW how old is it?

There is likely no easy way to fix it if a trace is broken... Problem isn't likely with individual switches or keys but on board which they are connected to...

If there was just a one switch not working then it might, but not with multiple. Also as it is very likely in hardware, touching it or messing with it might lead to violation of warranty, which would remove possibility of RMA.
