So I've always wanted compact layouts(HHKB-style, Minitouch/Laptop-style or Tenkeyless). Then I saw the Roccat Arvo, and thought AWESOME!, except that it's backlit and too 'gamey' for me(Don't get me wrong I enjoy the casual game of WC2 or SC2, and I'm looking forward to Torchlight 2 but gaming keyboards is too much.).
So I was wondering if something like this exists

There's the 84-key IBM Model F which has got a similar layout, but the keyboard's still kind of bulky.

The footprint is similar to a Model M. Which is to say, massive. Still, it does bring your left hand closer to your mouse.
The layout pictured in the OP is basically my ideal fantasy layout.

Adesso MKB-125B? (http://www.adesso.com/en/home/keyboards/mechanical-keyboard/306-mkb-125b.html) Not quite the same layout but similar in a few ways. And cherry blues. I cannot vouch for it myself.

The SPOS has a similar footprint, though larger vertically due to the extra keys and card reader.

The problem with all of those is their numpad... they have a 2x1 sized '0' button rather than 2 1x1's

See Sixty's mod (http://geekhack.org/showpost.php?p=207098&postcount=6) that was inspired by the Roccat Arvo.
The Access POS keyboards are fully programmable. A drawback is that they have linear switches and are plate-mounted, so if you want clicky or tactile, then you would have to do a whole lot of soldering to open them up.
