Title: What do I have here?

Hi I am new to this world and am starting to buy keycaps. I bought these and have no idea what brand they are and if they are worth using. I paid very little for the full set at a undelivered mail store and they look similar to the GMK Red Samurai 2, but could be a knockoff. Any ideas?

Welcome to geekhack, that's a good looking set of caps - I wonder if anyone here is missing theirs :-X

A side view of a cap from each row would be good to confirm what profile they are and a pic of the backs might help identify a manufacturer, though someone who's bought caps in the last 5 years (unlike me) may recognise the packaging.

I would assume those to be Aifei Doubleshot ABS Cherry, judging from the kitting and legends

Looking up your suggestion of the Aifei Doubleshot Cherry's, it is pretty much exact. Here is an attachment of the back of one and the side profile.
