As a native of Suzhou China,I was inspired by chinese traditional garden architecture where contained many antique elements since i was a child. so,today, under the guidance of the principles of aesthetics, using the form of aesthetics, I materialize the traditional elements of architecture and cultural implication for keycaps. I'm sorry for my bad rendering skills,but still hope you will like my design.

Design inspiration

个性设计均来自于中国古典园林中的各种元素：
The design of Novelty kit comes from various elements in Chinese classical gardens

1.瓦当 Eaves tile
   瓦当是中国古代建筑中屋檐最前端的一片圆形瓦片，带有各式花纹。
   Eaves tile is a round tile with various patterns at the front end of the eaves in ancient Chinese architecture.
2.脊兽 Spinal Animal
   脊兽是中国古代建筑屋脊上的装饰，题材主要是带有神话色彩的动物。
   Spinal Animal is the decoration on the ridge of ancient Chinese architecture. The theme is mainly about animals with mythological color
3.花窗 Rose window
   花窗是中国古代建筑对于窗户的装饰，兼具美感与实用性。
   Rose window is the beautiful and practical decoration of windows in ancient Chinese architecture.
4.石拱桥 Stone arch bridge
   石拱桥是中国传统桥梁四大基本形式之一。
   Stone arch bridge is one of the four basic forms of Chinese traditional bridges
5.祥云纹 Auspicious cloud pattern
   祥云纹象征祥瑞的云气
   The auspicious cloud pattern expressed good luck, happiness and wishes for a better life.
6.狻猊
   狻猊是中国古代神话中的神兽，是龙的九个儿子之一
   The Suanni, one of the nine sons of the dragon, is a mythical beast in Chinese mythology.
7.亭 Pavilion
   用于点缀园林景观的实用性小型建筑
   Pavilion is a practical small building used to decorate garden landscape.
8.天坛 Temple of Heaven /祈年殿Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests
   天坛是中国古代帝王祭祀祈祷的场所，祈年殿是天坛的主要建筑之一。
   The Temple of Heaven is a place for ancient Chinese emperors to worship and pray. The Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests is one of the main buildings of the Temple of Heaven .
9.马头墙 Ma Tau Wall
   马头墙是中国传统赣派建筑和徽派建筑的重要元素
   The Ma Tau Wall is an important element of Chinese traditional Gan style architecture and Hui style architecture.

Hello everyone, I am 句. It has been more than a month since the first IC. It is time to make a periodic progress report. During this period of more than a month, I finished the color selection and proofing work of key caps, and also participated in the design of some peripheral products of key caps.GB will start in May.

some problems occured on the final adjustment phase of the icon mould. But no worries, factory could finish that before our caps. Domikey always do their best on quality.

Double 1.5u backspace (yes two different ones I know)
No mod colored pipe (it’s always a debate on this one)
Nav cluster in alpha color is another debatable thing.

And maybe add 1.25u and 1u convex bars to short bar kit.

I noticed you left many comments about Kit under a lot of posts about DMK.
But I think these problems should be reported to DMK manufacturers, because the author does not have enough molds to solve these problems.
I'm sorry about that, but we all see that the DMK is improving too.
Maybe you should give DMK some time？Everything will turn out to be satisfactory.

DMK does not do mod pipe - as in, they don't make two pipe keys per base. The designer doesn't have full decision on a per-key basis.

I’m aware of that. So no mod pipe doesn’t surprise me.

But the argument of no double keys makes no sense when there are two 1u tildes in mod color.

My first feedback wasn’t to flame or anything. I like the colors of the set and noticed a few odd things. Some of them may be due to DMK “options/rules/molds” but seem could perhaps be errors or could be things that may be an option.

Domikey don't have Chinese sublegends at the moment，I have given feedback to the factory.
The factory needs to evaluate whether there is enough market for Chinese sublegends.
So I hope that more players and writers tell Domikey about this.Although I may not be able to do that for a while.

ePBT sets also use the flipped icon, it's not uncommon. Maybe I'm just used to it but I don't think it's a problem.

As for pipe key - if there is only going to be one, could we do a vote for whether the key will be in mod color or alpha color? I always thought that mod pipe was more popular but I could be wrong. If it absolutely has to be alpha color, maybe consider a 1.5u r2 novelty?

The pipe key belongs to the alpha area. Normally its color would be same as the alpha keys. At present, DMK can’t do the way that follows the mods color. Maybe there will be more choices in the future

Are the keycaps a turquoise colour or are they grey? In the renders they look grey but in the photos they look a bit turquoise. Thanks.
