Dat organ sound patch iz dope.
Bach for 2 hours.
Proceeds to blow out amp in subwoofer. The lower keys were using way too much power, didn't notice the sub setting was pretty high.

Can't say I'm seriously disappointed in the onboard speakers, expected it to be bad, but tsk... for the price of these things. It's criminal.

i thought no one in their right mind used on board speakers on synths, but either headphone, monitors or an external midi synth with what was previously stated. although yeah having the ability to blow up the speakers seems like a huge design oversight... or a defective speaker/amp

Tp4 blew an external sub. The bass organ notes were basically just sin_waves and overheated the amp.
Complaint against the onboard sound performance remains valid though.

well as long as it is only the amp that is dead it should be cheap to fix, some even have fuses that should blow before anything else fries in case of overloading (what you just did if i understand you right this time), even if it is something else amp boards are cheap-ish on ebay, and some times the dead part is easy to spot and swap.

Only 10 days in, few keys already show signs of requiring lubrication.
Sigh..... These things really aren't built to be disassembled all the time... such disappoint.

Sigh... horrible chassis design
