Base Kit is a 150% keyboard designed to put all of those extra unused keys to use. Designed by Taylor at Aeternus.
Base Kit is a 2 piece aluminum design with an exposed sandwich mounted plate. The case is available in black anodized aluminum, and the plate provided will be carbon fiber (most other plate materials are far too flexible for the mounting system and, as such, are not recommended).

The issue there would be then you limit it to one manu since different places use different row designations.

From what I've seen/read, I don't think you're going to find any update. GB runner hasn't been on Geekhack in over a year at this point, and it seems they have no intention of fulfilling this GB.

Yeah the update is that Taylor pulled an exit scam and will not be fulfilling any GB order. I successfully got a chargeback earlier this year for a different GB and left the Discord shortly after.

GB-model really has it's bad sites, when vendors don't fulfill the orders.
