Title: Best Place to Get Keyboard Plate Cut?

Reference, I live around NYC. Anyone know of any good places to have a custom design cut (preferably not for a three-digit asking price).
Wouldn't mind online suggestions either.

It's a replacement plate for an 1800 layout ALPs board. I want it out of aluminum or steel, so would it have to be cnc'd or laser cut?

It's going to be low 3 digit.

It may not take long to cut but you have setup, you also need someone to monitor it, then you have wear and tear on the machine... $100 doesn't go a long ways in manufacturing.  Even less in New York City.


Material cost difference is going to be minimal.
CNC is going to be twice the cost of laser or water jet.

You have the file for a switch plate ?

+1 for sendcutsend, I've found them the cheapest for metal, specifically their 5052, although I'm not sure if prices will drastically differ with the size of an 1800 vs smaller 60/65s or tkls.
