For the purpose of science I have created this poll to gauge the public's opinion on layouts, switches and more, I will be back after a few weeks to post results and analyze the data

Not sure I understand the last question. Would I rather have something of inferior quality, or something of superior quality? It's a no brainer. I assume you meant as something to purchase/something available on the market, but I can't be sure.
