Title: Allowing keyboard to slide on the desktop
Post by: Aardwolf on Sun, 26 September 2010, 18:25:07
The rubber pads below the Filco keyboard do what they are designed for very well: it's almost impossible to slide the keyboard accross the desk. Apparently I'm used to being able to slide it around, so it has the best position compared to the way I happen to be seated at the time. So I stuck some paper below each rubber pad to allow it to slide. Anyone else ever did something like this?

I haven't. Maybe you should try replacing the rubber feet with teflon mouse sliders, might be interesting. There's no law saying the board has to lock in place, I may try it myself!
