General Information
Keycaps are doubleshot ABS plastic, white (WFK) on black (NN), produced by Signature Plastics (SP). Profile is DCS 1-1-2-3-4-4.
Switch mounts are Alps, stabilizer mounts are MX. GB will run August 31 to September 30 with estimated fulfillment Q3 2023.
MOQs are: Base (200), Numpad (50), Spacebar (75), 40's (50), ISO (25), Macros (50), Relegendables (75)

Disclaimer: by design, Alps keycap stems are more fragile than MX stems. Please carefully remove keycaps with a wire puller, don't yank them at an angle! Vendors are not responsible for broken stems.

Exclusive NOS Alps Switches & Plates
Bear Cables (ships worldwide, except UK) will be offering new-old-stock (NOS) Alps SKCM White and forged carbon fiber plates.

SKCM White are a medium-weight, clicky switch that can be made linear by simply removing the click leaf, if desired. Unfortunately, quantities of SKCM White are limited, and will be sold FCFS.
Switch quantities offered are 70x ($99.99), 90x ($124.99), and 110x ($149.99).

Plates offered will all be approximately 1.1mm thick and made of forged carbon fiber.
Four designs will be offered - 60% (gummy o-ring & tray mount), Jane V1, Jane V2, and Jane V2 CE, priced at $29.99 for the 60% and $39.99 for the TKL plates.
These four designs will be compatible with dozens of different boards. Plate files will be released sometime after GB.

Just a small update for the few folks that got ISO kits: the legend on ISO enter will be placed towards the top of the keycap, as it is on other DCS sets, not in the center like our renders show it

Update regarding DCS Alps WoB:

Signature Plastics has informed us that production is scheduled to begin late July, but it is likely that it will begin sooner. This probably means shipping is on track for Q3, but I will update again once I am able to provide a more accurate ETA.

Signature Plastics has also informed us that mykeyboard.eu is yet to pay their invoice. Production will continue with or without them, but I am uncertain on what this means for EU customers. Bear Cable Co. and I have both contacted mykeyboard.eu regarding this, but have not received an actual response. Hopefully they pay their invoice before production begins so EU customers can receive their keycaps on time. I will continue to follow up on the matter, and will update if there is any news.

Update:

SP informed us production will likely finish in two weeks. Hopefully this means early Q4 shipping.

Also, I just realized I never updated about the vendor payment situation - all invoices have been paid, so everyone should be getting their caps :)

Update:

Great news! Production has finished, and shipping to vendors is underway. Bear Cables already received his shipment, so QC will be underway in coming week. Not sure what the current shipment status is for other vendors at this time, but will update once I hear more.

If you have any address changes needed, it is probably a good idea to contact your vendor ASAP.

This also means extras will be available in the near future, for those that have been waiting.

Update:

There was a mistake in the 40's kit: the 1.25u, 1.5u, and 1.75u Enter keys were supposed to be R3, but were made as R4. These are being remade and replacements will be shipped out to those that bought 40's kits. No ETA on replacements as of now.

DCS Alps WoB extras are now live! All keycap kits are available in varying quantities, and some 60% and Jane v2 ME/CE plates are available too. No extra switches, sorry.

Bear Cables sent out all replacement 40's kits earlier this week. I am not sure what the status is for other vendors, so it would be best to contact your vendor directly on that.

Bought some extras from Bear Cables and am typing on them right now.  I wanted a numpad but that set was out of stock sadly.  Any ideas where I can find one?  Searching the second hand market has produced no results so far.
