Had this included with a KBD8X MKII keyboard I bought second hand last year, 2 big rubber rings that basically can fit around the whole PCB/plate. Are these supposed to dampen the sound/vibration?(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20220929/687c7b4e1031b6bb4b1fce8b25fb9727.jpg)

O-ring, for a gummy oring mount
Although I'm pretty sure its not an official mount and it would be more just scuffed modding kinda mount

Thanks, exactly what I needed to be able to search and find more info, didn't know exactly what to search for.
Well. I tried putting one as I've seen in a video (so around the gap between the PCB and the plate) and didn't notice any difference (this is very anecdotal and I'm by no means an expert). I'm using Kailh Box Pale Blue switches with a PC plate and just ordered a foam to improve the hollow/ping reverb coming from the big gap in the case.
