Title: Make Win 11 (english) use my JIS layout as default keyboard?
Post by: atarione on Thu, 03 November 2022, 12:44:38
Hello,   I have a Archriss Quattro TKL keyboard that is a JIS layout keyboard.     I have added the language pack (well adding the JIS keyboard added the language pack).    I can and have to everytime I log in switch the keyboard from US ANSI to JIS (win+spacebar).

At one point I tried changing the keyboard order so the JIS was first what indeed it was, however as a "small" downside windows had switched many items to Japanse Kanji text.    This wasn't ideal as I can't read Kanji...    As such and finding myself unablel to keep the JIS layout and windows in English I gave up.

Does anyone know how to have the keyboard set to the JIS format of this keyboard and without also having many windows features turn to Kanji?
