Title: HELP Linux key shortcut to a weblink

HI

I would want to know if  is it possibie to reaffect keyboard keys directly to a weblink on Ubuntu? And how?

Example; Press page up become github.com

Yes, definitely possible.

How would depend on your GUI - I'm using XFCE and to do this I'd click settings in the menu then keyboard and it's obvious from there :)

Ediit: I have the impression, on destkop Ubuntu, you can't directly make a shortcut without ctrl + or alt +

That is unfortunate.  You could change the print screen key to send ctrl+ print screen using xkb then map that using the GUI?  Depends what you are actually trying to do whether this is viable...
