Title: Why is GMK maroon not maroon?

Feels like false advertising tbh XD
Fr though I understand maroon means a different type of red across the pond, but I was a bit disappointed when I was looking into sets and saw it.

An an engineer myself, color consistency is VERY DIFFICULT. Hence why they call it GMK Maroon & not Maroon itself.

Heck, Rolls Royce have their own professionals specialized in Colors & Colors only for their high end cars like the phantom!

We call them Colorist!
