People have been saying Kanye is a Nazi for years, but for someone so high profile to just speak like this in front of the World, and not expect it to go horrendously? Years ago it would be insane to imagine something like this happening, now it's almost side-news.
Call the topic controversial, but I'm pretty sure we all have the same exact opinion on it. So literally not at all controversial.

It wasn't like this came out of the blue, some have predicted this for a while.
And if it wasn't him, the fact that people believed it was is just as telling.

Tia Tequila did similar, at least for her it was a brain injury that did it.

You can see how it's appealing to uneducated people, how can they tell the information is just made up. Everything on there is a mess, it's not even really communication, it's a stream of repetitious political soundbites mixed in with random nonsense. This type of language is synonymous with the brainwashing they give in churches.

What I cannot understand is how anybody with an IQ higher than a carrot could ever take it seriously.

Most people's are functionally illiterate. There's a huge difference between reading the burger menu, and figuring out whether the burger is a lie.

For better or worse, at least religion has something of a fact checker (and a point).

Not only do conspiracy theorists have nothing guiding that stream of thought other than what can garner the most views, often built build on each other's ideas, the few "authorities" such as Jones do nothing to right the ship, they will never call out some for something false or set the record straight. Look how hard Jones tried to play down what Ye was saying, they do the same to callers. If a caller says the sky is orange they will just kind of nod and keep moving with the discussion. This is how we ended up with so many B.S. "cures" for Covid and misinformation, there was money and careers to be made off downplaying it as a conspiracy and pushing your own "cure".

There's no ethics and what little journalism and journalistic integrity used to exist in those circles is now long gone thanks to Jones, he admitted he does zero fact checking on anything at all that's brought to him. The sad fact is that Joe Rogan has more journalistic integrity than Alex Jones, a trained journalist/reporter.
