Hey folks,
just a technically question. I just bought myself a rare WASD Code 87, because of its ISO design. Through that it is equipped with Micro USB.
Just planning to mount cnc case . The cnc case has USB C. Do I will get problems using the case with different connector type.
Tx

WASD sells an adapter to convert from micro to type C for their aluminum cases, it was available as an upgrade option for the case.
If you lack the part get in touch with them they may still have some.

I just connected the case and it works:
Both keyboards are provided with 4 wires (ground, minus, plus, data) , the old board with additional shield, actually USB 2.0. The USB-C controller of the cnc case is doing the same... as the old Micro USB controller. Was a littel confusing because of different wire colours, but the plug was in identical order.
Thanks for your advice !

Both keyboards are provided with 4 wires (ground, data +, data -, VCC (5v power))
USB is designed to be backwards compatible so good to hear it works :)
The pinout is as "quoted" though :thumb:
