Our fridge broke today.
Teach me for ordering a Happy Hacking keyboard.
Stupid fridge.
I might have to sell the black one now.
Poo I say. Poo!
-
isnt it traditional to throw a dinner party when the fridge breaks? (to use up all the food before it goes bad :)
You could always eat twinkies for a few months instead of selling the HHKB :) No refridgeration needed! And instant Ramen and canned beans. Just like college!
-
I don't live in such a country that could provide twinkies or ramen noodles.
All we have here for the students and the poor are bread and cheap wine.
I think I will let Ella sort the fridge situation out. I fixed the TV after all.

Hey, if you live up north like I do, you could just move the refridgerator outside and it'll still stay cold!
-
:)
It is pretty cold here. I'm on the south east coast of the UK.
We are borrowing a beer fridge from Eloisa's dad. I do hope it has beer in it!
-
I thought you drank warm piss over there?
-
I don't know where that one comes from to be honest.
There are beers that people drink I would consider piss, stella, budwiser etc. These all taste ruff to me.
I like ales like speckled hen. Proper beer!

Oh nice namco mod by the way.
I did one for a guy a year or two back.
I prefer to build from scratch with wood but the mods are a lot easier!

Mmm... I love Speckled Hen.

I apologise for trying to troll you into calling me convict scum. It seems you're one of the good ones :)
A fine taste in beer and an even finer taste in arcade hardware. You must tell me what stick that is and the method you used to mount it. We both know how much of a prick it is to get clearance in the Namco.

Lol. Its a JLF with a shaft from something else. I forget where it came from. The shaft fit the JLF perfectly. I think I cut a 30mm hole in the metal base under the shaft and then covered the base with foam backed on plastic.
I can't remember quite though. I bolted it on and then hid the bolt tops with the plexi top panel.
I think I have done a mod to most of the plastic sticks you can buy.
Here is a Mahogany one. Not sure if the pic is OK or not.
No worries if it has to come down.

There is nothing wrong about that pic. (my opinion)
That's just art.

Thanks man.
