Should be complicated white ALPS, perhaps blue but that would be a long shot so I doubt it.  You'd have to ask the seller to be sure but most likely white.  So either way it would be tactile and clicky (http://geekhack.org/showwiki.php?title=ALPS+switches#Complicated+ALPS+-+Tactile+Clicky).

No Northgate 101 was ever made with Blue ALPS, it was made long after they had switched from blues to whites.  It will have white ALPS, most likely complicated.
