The page you linked lacks critical information:
(GB) Borsdorf: a 66% keyboard for Alps switches and Apple M3501 ISO keycaps (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=105717.0).

The vintage Apple keycaps are PBT, except for the space bar (hence why only the space bar has yellowed in some pictures)

Is there any equivalent MX caps profile?

Is there any equivalent MX caps profile?
The vintage Apple keyboards had a curved top, with the shapes of the keycaps closely following that curve. They keycaps look weird in a keyboard case that was not made especially for them — which the Borsdorf's is.

There was a uniprofile replica keycap set made for Cherry MX named XDA Oblique which replicates the legends, at least.
