Title: Ducky One 2 Mini wont connect to computer

Picked up a Ducky One 2 Mini and it wont connect. If plugged in while hold ing D key I will get the Windows usb sound but then just get an error message. Cant update firmware because its not recognizing the board. Have tried every solution I can think of just looking to see if anyone else has experienced this.

Did you have the Ducky update program running prior to plugging in the keyboard?

I have tried it with it open and closed. With it open I still get the usb plugged in noise but the start button on the updater stays grayed out
