Title: Happy Hacking Pro Hybrid and MacOS Filevault

A while back you couldn't login to MacOS with the HHKB Pro Hybrid connected wirelessly if Filevault was on but it seem now with Ventura that is no longer the case and it now just works? Can anyone confirm?

Well I guess I answered my own question; it does seem to now work fine with the latest MacOS.

when was this an issue?  all i do is sit on a hhkb and macOS all day. i never had any issues?

When the Hybrid first came out, whatever MacOS was out at the time and also the one after that too. They have it as an FAQ entry on their site:

"Why am I not able to log in to macOS while using Bluetooth?

This can happen when FileVault is ON in the Security & Privacy settings under System Preferences of the Apple menu. In this case, log in with your Mac keyboard or connect the HHKB using the USB connection. Please note, you will need to restart and log in to your computer before being able to use HHKB in Bluetooth mode."
