Welcome to the interest check of my second keyboard design! After testing the prototypes I am ready to launch this IC, so let's get started!

Berceste is using a custom PCB designed by langerhans. The following layout is supported:

The blockers are asymmetrical which I personally dislike, though I do enjoy the rest of the design of this (I've wanted a 65% with really skinny sides for as long as I've been in the hobby!). Please reconsider if both a left and right blocker is the way to go on a compact form factor like this. There isn't space for me to bind anything else to a Windows key, for instance.

Edit like a week later: the blockers are poggers, actually. Please disregard my earlier feedback.

That engraving though. That Tiger kills it for me tbh. Otherwise such a classy design but that Tiger screams tuned Opel Corsa to me.

Tuning-like tiger on the back looks weird, and colors need better rendering (color names means nothing and renders don't help, is ice grey or silver??). Otherwise interesting, gl with ic!

Just Updated the IC:

I added two more colors and changed the old colorways to a single color due to popular demand. Can't do proper renders rn but will provide them later at some point. You can see the color samples in the imgur link.
The GB pricing and timeframe was also added (price without german taxes around 320€).
A new weight design is in the works!

The blockers will stay. Please dont ask me to remove them lol
The PCB doesn't have any flex cuts since I bottomed out with those frequently and it just sounds worse

With this (probably) last update before the [GB] thread I added the GB date and final weight design. It's in the Y2K style because i liked the way it looks. I hope y'all like it aswell ^^

yes, the PCB is 1.6mm thick. I have tried 1.2mm and 1.6mm with flex cuts - those were good but they didnt type as nice as the full version. There is plenty of bounce already with the leaf spring. Also the sound is better this way
