I have so many questions about the design of this, only one of which is who thought this was a good idea, so many weird choices... This is one of those things someone thought up in the shower and without thinking it through and then rendered it and put it up for sale. It's very likely this isn't even manufactured yet and will only be once someone orders it, happens a lot in China even with things far more complicated like 3d printers.
Spend a tiny bit more and buy a paint respirator (3M makes some good ones) or something like that, you'll be more comfortable than this, you can use it for far more things, it will last years/decades and you can get replacement filters locally for cheap.

Have tried n95 while working out, it's hard to breath quickly.

N95 is minimum to block covid.
Also, an outlet valve makes a big difference.

Tp4 would 100% buy one if it came in this style.
