I much much prefer DCS 9009 ABS over DCS Pingmaster PBT for feel and sound. Pingmaster feels chalky and sounds muted than 9009. Pingmaster legends and sub are a lot thicker too. Unsure if that's just Pingmaster or all DCS PBT.

Good news! SP does offer Korean sublegends molds for DCS, so I think I'll be going with doubleshot ABS. I have also received from feedback from the form I posted that there are some issues with binding with DCS 9009, so if anyone has any thoughts on PBT vs ABS, please let me know!
On another note, I will think about a 40s kit. I may need some help as I don't really use 40s though 😅

It probably won't be 105, because vendors do up the price a bit. Would be interesting to see if someone could run a 100 moq by themselves without going through vendors, though I'm not sure if that would work well (or even if sp allows individuals to run gbs, believe they do though)

Oh my bad then. I was mainly referring to an actual person shipping a set out of their home or something to reduce costs. But I quickly realised that with all of the drama of unpaid gbs and such that an individual running one may not be the best idea lol.

It would have to be an add on kit, cause bow did not hit moq and to be bought out by vendors, which won't happen in the current climate. This hypothetical set would probably sell less
I looked before posting and found one set of DCS BoW (note: I don't mean WoB) on KeebsForAll that's long since sold out and has crappy kitting. I personally don't think BoW would fail too hard given there's about five different GMK BoW sets in recent memory to the... as far as I can tell, zero DCS BoW sets.
I dunno. I'm not a GB designer or runner in these terms. I just figured trying BoW and adding a Hangul sublegends kit might be an idea to suggest - that's all.
Sorry to see no vendors are looking to carry this. There's not much money to be made in a passion project like this that doesn't appeal to the masses.
It's really tragic but with the hobby in such a massive decline, it is what it is. Hopefully it will be revived soon!

The lack of interest is a bummer. I am still unclear as to whether this matches 9009 and it if that is the case I would be in for an extensions kit, the stepped mods as well as the BAE are just too damn good.

If it's Cherry legends, I'm out. Would be in for base + extension MX and a base Alps kit if you decided to switch to Gorton.
Why Cherry legends? Not nearly as interested in that.

Unfortunately, cherry + hangul is the only molds SP has at the moment. We could get new molds made but they're super expensive, and I'm not sure how feasible it is for people to pay for it in the current state of the hobby. But if the people want Gorton/WYSE, we can try

i pray this set overwhelms the small cadre of dweebs who complain how in spite of the community support there's not enough dcs who suddenly turn their nose if it's not wyse enough or there's not enough kitting or there's too much kitting or the icons aren't right or you picked the incorrect (they don't like it) legend for any of the modifier keys or they have to pay anything more than liquidation prices or, god forbid, "taxes". i've got an 89uw waiting for this set let's get it

Just FYI if you're doing Alps, Alps ABS doubleshot DCS keycaps interfere with the switches on the entirety of the home row. Alps PBT DCS does not have this issue at all, I strongly suggest dye-sub PBT if you're doing Alps DCS.
