Per the WIKI (http://geekhack.org/showwiki.php?title=IBM+Wiki#Beam+Spring+Keyboards), this looks like the beam spring IBM Displaywriter keyboard.
But somebody correct me if I'm reading it wrong.
If so, then it's beam springs but not usable on any modern computer.

Looks like I took too long to post this, missed the boat and they're sold already. That didn't last long.

Old Dave Bowman ordered them all for his apartment. Pod delivery cost him extra.

^That last image is going to be my new wallpaper.  :)

I would definitely have bought 1-2 of those displaywriter beam spring keyboards.  They might not work on a modern system (yet) but are great for any keyboard collector who appreciates over-engineered keyboards and owning a great piece of computing history.  I kept one on my desk for a couple of weeks and few people could walk by without asking about it.

I really hope Sam got one because it sounds like he has the skill and resources to make these things usable.

No, completely different. Closer to typewriter keycaps.
