Inspiration
More
The inspiration from R1 was based on the well known calculator design from Dieter Ram, it was also a salute project to that, so I want to make something different on the R2 this time.

Might be an opportunity to actually fix the old international kit and add a green international R1 number row.
I love my Resonance set, however i was pretty upset when i noticed they were mismatched.

I don't understand why you're forcing accent enter for 1u, 1.25u, and 1.75u but not 1.5u in the 40s kit. I'd suggest going all accents.

I'm sure you'll sell a lot of it, but this should never be mentioned in the same breath as Resonance.

It's not Resonance.

I bought Resonance, I have Resonance on my (currently) favorite board.

I would never buy this set.

If the inspiration for this set was a different calculator, that would make sense, and I could see how using the same name could be justified.

There is a white/cream supreme collab model of the calculator, so that might be where this is coming from, I guess

I also recall something on the zF post, that there was an agreement with GMK or something about not running the R1 colors again. Maybe it means the designer of another set who wanted to use these colors, had reached out and asked that they not be done again?

I'm glad I have R1 in PBT. It's unfortunate that it was now ABS. I was hoping to pick it up this color way in PBT too. I'm shine averse.

Saw PBTfans Resonance R2, super pumped to grab a set.

See the IC, colours totally different, potentially no longer PBT, confused by the "R2" moniker...

Please bring back the R1 colours and run that as R2, and run this as something else in its own right :)

the doubleshot pbt shines just as fast as abs, it is not 100% pbt like dyesubs

I'll definitely buy R2, but please also consider another round of R1 at some point.  Thank you!

edit: I decided I actually like R2 a lot better.  Love the additional colors.

Please consider including a 1U spacebar in the spacebar kit to support 3-1-3.

iirc the designer behind resonance said he can not use the R1 colors anymore due to a verbal agreement he had with one of his designer friends in this community, that's the reason made the R2 got a massive change on colors.

Totally in for this.

Only thing I would change is the minibars in the 40s kit; they match with the numrow, which 40s typically don't have, so they end up a bit out of place.

Looks like KBDfans and some vendors have limited quantities in stock now.
