Background
Vantage is a project that has seen many iterations over the past couple of years. Initially starting as a side project in 2021, I shifted my focus to Vantage last year in response to the changing keyboard market and increased demand for affordable keyboards. The goal with Vantage has always been to offer a high-end, low-gimmick keyboard at a reasonable price. The sound, feel, and quality had to be top-notch while having a premium and timeless design. Because of these high standards, this project took much longer than I expected. But, six prototypes and many thousands of dollars later, I am ready to show off the finished product.

Colors - Lightning Purple, Red, Black, E-white
Layout - WKl, WK, or HHKB 60% (Considering fixed 7u, would love feedback on this)
Material - Anodized 6063 Aluminum (E-White will be E-coated), Stainless Steel Weight
Plate Options - Pom, Aluminum, Carbon Fiber, Aluminum Half Plate, Carbon Fiber Half Plate
Gaskets (Molded Wrap Around) - 80 Durometer, 70 Durometer, 50 Durometer,
Pcb - Cem3 H60 by Hineybush, Hotswap and Solder Available
Angle - 7.5 Degrees
Front Height ~ 18mm
Price - Estimated at $295

Kit Includes - Top Case, Bottom Case, Weight, Plate, H60 Cem3 Pcb, Set of Gaskets, PE Plate and Poron Case Foams,
Screws, Custom Molded Bumpons, Daughterboard (Modified UDB), DB Cable, Carrying Case

Bumpon Info - The bumpon color will be changed from transparent (as seen in the prototypes) to either white or black, depending on the case color.

Looks awesome. Classic design at a decent price. Would love to see more colors (silver, perhaps?) but i'm definitely interested.

Ty! While I would love to offer other colors, I think the 4 I have chosen will be the only I can offer. With the market being as it is, it is hard to predict the quantity that will sell, so I have to assume a low moq. This unfortunately means a lower number of color choices.

I have received a lot of feedback from customers asking for a HHKB option. I am looking into whether or not it can be done without a price increase. Hopefully I will be able to offer it, but no promises for now.

HHKB should be just top case blocker difference, why it would increase the manufacture cost? Really like the design. If it have HHKB option I will definitely join the groupbuy.

Loving the look and sound of the board after Alex built the proto. I do agree that a HHKB option should be considered and there shouldn't be much of an increase of manufacture cost if any as it's only the top case blocker that is different.

More options and things the manu has to make = higher cost. That being said, y'all are right that it should not change things much. I was just trying to make sure I could price under $300, so I did not include it. I also did not think so many people would be asking for it. I am talking to the manu and I will have an answer about HHKB within a day or two.
