The bauer lite does seem like a really good deal which is neat.

I don't think the tokyo60 is very good though, I would much rather get something else.

In terms of kits, I think the bakeneko60 and 65 is a great budget that's instock option.

If you need a hhkb layout, just go on japanese marketplaces and find a real hhkb for a lot cheaper.

You mention Neo 65.  Per their website, the last batch (#13) ended 11/28 and no new batch creation has been identified.  Not sure if they are just waiting for new orders to pile up to continue with another batch?

Sale Batch 1~9: Completed
Sale Batch 10: Nov. 1st to Nov. 7th →  Completed
Sale Batch 11: Nov. 8th to Nov. 14th  → Completed -  Orders in fulfillment
Sale Batch 12: Nov. 15th to Nov. 21st  → Completed - Orders waiting for fulfillment
Sale Batch 13: Nov. 22nd to Nov. 28th  →Completed - Orders waiting for fulfillment
The future batches follow a similar pattern.
The sale continues until we determine that the product is no longer competitive enough in the market.

Bauer lite material is so neat. Looks plastic but rigid also.

Satellite does look really good for the price.

Another thing on keyboard treehouse that is really good value is the praxis IM (it's ergo but still a 60%), it's currently on sale right now.

polycarbonate is really neat and innovative. for some reason it doesn't feel cheap like a gmk67 etc, very nice and kudos to omnitype team

The gmk67 (and other cheap plastic boards) use abs plastic, which is much cheaper than the polycarbonate used for the bauer light. PC is a more durable plastic which is why it's used in a lot of boards. the design may also have an impact, but don't know much about the gmk67 (or the bauer lite for that matter) to know for sure.

How about Enter67 v2? https://www.kezewa.com/products/new-enter-67-keyboard-kit-v2

I have no experience with all 4 that you mentioned above, so I wonder how they compare with Enter67.
