My dad was an AF Tech Sargent working on Flight Simulators so I have a special fondness for keyboards with toggle switches.
So are you going for it? I think it would be an interesting keyboard to get but not with the 40 pounds postage.

The keyboard looks to be for a Cossar T-1148 or similar Teleprinter (teletype) circa 1979-84.
