The Azeron Cyborg: https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/azeron-cyborg-compact is an alternative keyboard with an alternative layout where the keys have much lower proximity between each other than a regular one. I wonder if other keyboards like it exist. I know there's the Svalboard inspired by DataHands, but that's way more expensive and has less keys. Apart from the ones you mentioned, I found a few on DIY and 3D printing communities. I'm not sure they're all going to have enough keys, but appearances can be deceiving with this sort of design.
