Hello everyone, this is GDK_Lab, we started the design of Alice keyboard in October last year, so far, the design has come to an end, we named this Alice keyboard: Gallop. I hope you enjoy it.

I guess it is different for the sake of being different.
I personally would hate running that layout with lack of Fn keys accessible by either hand. The PG UP/PG DOWN/HOME/END on the left is just bad.

I can't speak to this keyboard or maker specifically, but this layout is not at all exotic for Alice keyboards. Almost all that I've seen are FRL, and many include a "macro row" on the left. Kitting it out with nav keys is a pretty simple solution, but as long as it's remappable you can put whatever you want there.
