Hello everyone, I'm EagleV from EagleV Studio, which consists of a whopping number of one person.
Today I want to introduce to you my our first Interest Check:

TKL Staggered "Split" (final name TBD)
Tad Pole mount
Ball catch
Current design price: $420 for MOQ 100 boards, ~$460 for MOQ 50 boards.
I'm trying to update the design so the material/machining cost can be lower!
Sound test and assemble, with 2 builds: BCP with PC Plate and MX2A Black with Alu Plate:

Discord: https://discord.gg/nNaW4EvKTu (https://discord.gg/nNaW4EvKTu) (just created lol)
Supported layout (The PCB is done, with QMK/VIA):(https://i.imgur.com/dvFYOiM.png)
Update 1: Added WKL top option(https://i.imgur.com/mI4tFhO.png)
Update 2: Added 8K top option. I've decided to remove the LED indicators & will update the design in that area(https://i.imgur.com/mhK02ec.png)
Specs:
Front height: 19.2mm (without lip), 14.2mm (with lip)
EKH: 26.306mm
Weight: 4.2kg unbuilt (this will change due to the updated design, might drop to 3-ish kg)
PCB: Currently solder only to achieve the multi layout. Supports LED indicators.
Plate: Aluminum, PC, CF, PP is supported from the manufacturer, but I can outsource this part
Color: Current manufacturer offers Silver, Black, Bright Red, Navy, Dark Green, Space Grey, Orange, Brown, Dark Purple
A kit will contains:
- Top & Bottom Case, Ball Catches pre-assembled
- Weight (mostly will be Brass), daughterboard pre-assembled
- PCB, LED indicators pre-assembled
- Plate
- Tad Poles
- Extra screws
- Extra Plates & PCBs
- Carrying bag
Inspiration:
- BlindAssassin's SP-111 for the multi-layout split
- GrayStudio's HB-85 for the "elevated" HHKB looks
- Baionlenja's Bias TKL for the drafted bottom
- And of course TKD's Cycle7 for the ball catch.

How this project was born:
More
The idea was born in BlackSimon's discord, from this message of @cho_as:

It was so cursed (for me) that I physically had to go and "fix" it in KLE, and then when I got the layout of basically a TKL chopped in half, I was thinking "huh, this might work", and then went ahead and made the PCB & designed a 3D printed case.
After I built and used it for two weeks, I really liked this layout so I updated the 3D printed case to a CNC version and had it manufactured by a local manufacturer, from which many of my designs had been made.
I've got the prototype 3 days ago, built a second config for it, and here I am posting my first IC ever on GeekHack
Sorry for the scuffed IC. This is my first time posting, but I promise you this is a product I want to produce and put in on the market. I'll try to edit the IC to make it more reader friendly.
Love the 8k top, just to check, the bottom row would still support 3 1u keys right?
Update 2: Added 8K option in the IC form. I've decided to remove the LED indicators & will update the design in that area
