Hi everyone, Jason here from Keebz N Cables. We are a vendor based in Australia and were also the regional vendor for AU/NZ for Hex 3cv2.
We've taken over the fulfillment of Mechs&Co Hex 3cv2 orders. There was an unpaid shipping invoice at the manufacturer in China that was holding the release of their 3cv2 cases. We have paid this invoice and organised for these cases to be imported to Australia. While the PCBs and parts are being shipped from Hex in Singapore.
Unfortunately we don't have access to any customer information. If you were part of the Mechs&Co Hex3cv2 GB, please fill in our google form - https://forms.gle/LZVAMYzu9Q8nC8bp6 (https://forms.gle/LZVAMYzu9Q8nC8bp6).
Confirmed orders will only have to cover the cost to ship the keyboard from our warehouse to you.
Current Status
- 3cv2 cases are in transit to us from China. ETA Mid to Late September
- PCB and parts have been shipped by Hex in Singapore. ETA 3rd September.
Next Steps
- We'll be collecting order data from the form linked above
- Once cases, PCB and parts arrive, we will doing a stock check to confirm it matches Mechs&Co's allocation
- Shipping invoices from our store will be issued to those who have completed the form
- Orders will be dispatched from there

Thank you so much for doing this Jason! I have honestly given up on this GB (including losing my chargeback against M&C). It has honestly been a rollercoaster of emotions. Can't express how grateful I am for you guys stepping up to help the rest of us. It makes me glad to be part of this community. ;D
