This is still the place for that, I reckon.  Is there anything different you want to try with your PCB, or is it just the challenge of doing it yourself?

There are a bunch of resources in the Making stuff (https://geekhack.org/index.php?board=117.0) subforum.
Many people have designed their own PCBs using the free PCB editor KiCad.
