Seems like I've found myself a keycap remover!

derp, updated my sig to link my own pullers. There's another paperclip-based keycap extractor alternative I like: the key lifter (http://geekhack.org/showthread.php?t=7125).
I'm still using this one (http://geekhack.org/showthread.php?p=111643#post111643), only now the brass has an ugly, greasy-looking patina to it, and the galvanized steel wire is contorted some (typical in use).
We should collect info about DIY keypullers into the mods wiki sometime.

Haha, I wouldn't trust myself to make that, gonna go the pricey way and buy one just to be safe!

DAmmmnnnnnnn, the spring one looks amazing!
I unfortunately was not handy enough to replicate the one i linked lol, resorted to making hooks to yank out the ESC. It's hard curving the clip around the keycap so it perfectly sized!

most likely an extra he has lying around.
If you buy from elitekeyboard (and other distributors) they include a red esc key.
