I use an ErgoDash and overall, I like it. I actually miss having F keys. I also miss having my arrow keys in a more traditional layout meaning

but neither of those are major issues. What I have determined is that I only have managed to use one key in the thumbcluster. Not sure if my hands are too big (I don't think so) but I only use the larger key there, on both sides. I also know that I do need to have Enter on the left thumb and space on the right.
Now I am looking for a new keyboard (mine is starting to fail) and what seems to float to the top of the recommendations is the Glove80. The CloudNine looks nice, but it's not ergo (the left side is slanted off the to the left not the right!). Seems from the reviews that the Glove80 is among the best available on the market now. It's certainly expensive, anyhow. :)
Anyone have any feedback or thoughts about this?

i really liked the sofle 2.1 and am in the process of making my own iteration. not selling though ;)

Some of the software I use at work is heavily dependent on function keys. But I'm used to having the function keys on the left, and work only provides 101 (well, 105) key keyboards with function keys across the top.
Fortunately, I was able to use a programmable "numeric keypad" as function keys, which also gave me some leftover extra keys to play with.
