Hello,
I recently acquired a Fujitsu F860-2500-T111 keyboard from Ebay with 3rd gen clicky linear switches and I am trying, for the first time, to convert it to USB using a Teensy 4.1.
I don't have photos of it right now since it is in a disassembled state, but photos are provided in the guides below that I tried to follow. I have desoldered some of the ICs already.
The issue I am having is that the two guides use different microcontrollers, and have different pinouts.
Deskthority: https://deskthority.net/viewtopic.php?t=17087
Github: https://github.com/qmk/qmk_firmware/blob/master/keyboards/handwired/t111/readme.md
I am trying to use a teensy 4.1, but I am now stuck on what pinouts to use for the keyboard matrix, which said matrix is provided by OldIsNew in the Deskthority link.
There also seems to be two different areas to hook up the rows from one of the pictures, does it matter where it's wired to?
Any assistance is appreciated!

The pictures on that QMK github look to be more straightforward to me. Maybe try that one first? Nice board with a fully dioded matrix ready to convert with minimal destruction.
