Title: Charue Sunsetter R2 VIA file

Hello!

I am having some issues flashing my Sunsetter R2 on QMK and am running into this issue where its not recognizing the usb?

IDK, I don't use QMK very much so I don't know how to fix it.

Does anyone have the VIA file for the board?

did you put your keyboard into bootloader mode?

Update: I got it to work, not really sure how though, but hey, Im not complaining

depending on the design of the pcb, you need to actively put your board into bootloader mode (mode where qmk toolbox can flash firmware). from what i read, this was most likely your issue. many qmk firmwares will switch into bootloader mode if you hold escape while connecting the board.
