Look what I found yesterday on a random pass through my university (I was on my way to lunch, actually...).

Wheelwriter 1000, by Lexmark, apparently made around 1993.

Works flawlessly, and only a few keys are even mildly worn (Lock is more worn than, either shift... but I'm splitting hairs here). Very clean as well.

Aww, the Wheelwriter 10 Series II had a better power switch...

It is quite a bit smaller, and lighter than the Wheelwriter 10 Series II (makes it easier carrying home...).
Now what's this for...

Sorry about the crappier than usual pics, lighting was bad, and was in a hurry.
As usual, you can find the whole set of pics on picasa (http://picasaweb.google.com/TrIpLeHaaTa/Wheelwriter1000Lexmark?feat=directlink).
