Hello,
Does anyone have a document on the corner radius tolerance for Alps SKCM/SKCL plates? I know I found a document at one point, but neglected to save it anywhere safe. I can easily find the cutout specs, but they don't indicate the corner tolerance. I plan to make my own plates and am curious how tight of a corner I will need to mill them myself.

If you are cutting with a tool that has some wide kerf, you can also just extend your cut past the edge:
You probably aren't cutting through anything this solid, but for example:

btw - there are many good Alps plate files on Github for reference.

After digging around, the answer is dogboning the corners. Still working on the PCB, but it's the only logical answer for what I have access to.
