Here's the plan:
Oreos
Biscoff
Ramen
Spring Rolls
Spring onion flatcakes
Exercises:
Every day, alternate lower, upper body. 1 hour minimum.

If you exercise too much it has the opposite effect, and your body will start storing more fat and you will stop gaining muscle due to no recovery period. That goes for aerobic exercise as well, there was a recent study with swimmers and runners, some trained daily, others 2x a week, after 6 months the 2x a week group saw significant endurance gains and the every day group lost muscle and endurance.
My current plan is very simple:
Don't eat crap, and get in 3-4hrs of moderate to intense DEDICATED exercise a week. Actual exercise, not 20 minutes, then 40 mins on your phone. Doesn't matter what day or time, as long as I meet the minimum of 3 hours a week.
-
Put all the illegal materials in the bin.
-
Exercised, h8 every moment of it.

yup, that might not change unfortunately. 2 months. If you can make it past 2 months, I believe in you.

Walked past the potato corner kiosk at the Mall today. Stood there for a full 5 minutes, "Resisting".
It's a Filipino chain that fries tatertots and fries, then shaken in a few different dry flavor powders. They give you a generous amount (though prices aren't exactly cheap).
Just closed Tp4's eyes, imagined avoiding an American eventuality on a hit TLC tv series, and finally, begrudgingly walked away.

Their shtick, is it's fried in a small batch machine, so you get direct From the fryer portions, not the soft-ed up stuff in a tray like Mcdonalds/Burgerking.

Fresh hot fried potatoes are hard to resist.

Ate dat breakfast just now.
2 costco plain bagel, 1 tomato, 1 pickle, 2 teaspoon sunflower oil for dip.
1 sweet potato for desert.

You will literally start melting fat by simply cutting breads and starches. That means potato, rice, and sadly, bagels. That was the #1 thing that made the most immediate and noticable difference for me. I ate 1 loaf of french bread after 8 months and gained 7lbs, no joke.

You're either serious about it, or you're not.
My results speak for themselves, and it only took effect when I got serious about it.
