We’ve also reimagined the classic Corne layout with thoughtful, functional tweaks that enhance both aesthetics and usability.

I have used many 3D-printed split boards,
but few people or brands are willing to produce exquisite CNC aluminum cases for such a small market. This has greatly troubled me.
Under such demand, I reached a cooperation with Jezail and decided to jointly create this exquisite split board - Cornix.

The Cornix Split Board is Jezail’s 2025 entry into a new frontier of ergonomic keyboards. Inspired by the classic split board Corne,
we refined its layout with key modifications—including an added tenting mode—to accommodate a wider range of users.
We named it Cornix, embodying our commitment to delivering a truly elegant and comfortable typing experience.
While retaining the signature 3x6 column-staggered layout, our engineering team introduced three major upgrades:
- Expanded Thumb ClusterBuilding on the Corne’s original 3-key thumb arc, Cornix adds 3 extra programmable keys per side.
This enhances stability in tenting mode while preserving muscle memory for 40% keyboard enthusiasts and reducing the learning curve
for new ortholinear users.
