INTRO

Superweld is a keyset by me and Neely that puts an originative spin on a long lost project. It features center stepped bottom row keys and sculpted relegendables, as well as a slightly familiar yet non-infringing colourway.

More to come.

AVAILABILITY

The group buy will happen sometime in September via Google Forms. Fulfillment will be done by Neely (and potentially myself too) so a soft cap may be put in place. The estimated price for the base kit will be $99. Whilst the last attempt at this set was ran based on implied permission, we now have direct confirmation from Signature Plastics that this set will be run.

"...as well as a slightly familiar yet non-infringing colourway."

The fact that originative/Typemachina is claiming to own stock SP colors for a set they did not design is wild. I would so go in on this, but it is the wrong colors. Good luck with it.

Could you take some pictures of the chips/samples next to GMK Hyperfuse Origins when they arrive?

The Extension kit has options for accented and center stepped bottom row keys.
Consider further extending the Extension kit with the following keys:
* These could alternatively be put in the base kit; it depends on how you want to balance the kit pricing.

The Mini Bars kit has convex spacebars for Alice and 3-1-3 configurations.
This set is currently missing a second B key for Alice compatibility. I suggest adding it to the Mini Bars kit.
While you're add it, you could also add a 1.25c spacekey to make split 6.25u spacebar setups possible (2.75–1.25–2.25 and 2.25–1.25–2.75).

The Numpad kit has extended compatibility for full size and 1800 keyboards.
The numpad kit could use a R4 1u = key.
