Do you guys really think they take all the anti-science clamor seriously? Or do they just look down and obey their leader?
I know that the anti-vaxxer sub-culture is real, but do they really reject science across the board? Climate deniers - really?

The United States has 2 extremely right wing parties. One closet racist/homophobic, the other openly racist/homophobic, being the only minor difference.

Follow the leader: Yay, we are on the winning side, and we don't have to do anything or stand up for anything. Just follow along.
Denying climate change: It is just so convenient to think that way. No worries.
Never mind that the rethoric is rotting everyone's brains though.

It's far more complicated than follow the leader.
For example, the contention on "energy" right now is to blame fossil fuels.
YET, everything, all the STUFFs in your entire life comes from FOSSIL FUELS.
What use is it to hate on those corporations. They are only responding to OUR-demands, to OUR-addictions.
We have to alter the entirety-of-CULTURE to put the NATURAL world 1st in ALL categories.
If we want to say STOP the mega corporations, we have to QUIT just about everything that we DO today. Literally almost everything.
This is not a CHOICE that any average human being can make. They simply won't make it.
WHICH IS WHY, Our extinction is nearly 100% certain. Humanity won't eat a vegetable to save its life. NOTHING we do will come close to the impact of ending Animal Agriculture.
The only SLIVER of hope, is that the impending cataclysm is SO PAINFUL, the mass famine deaths force us to change.
It's not too late, but it's probably too late.

They're also the worlds biggest hypocrites.
If hypocrisy was illegal, politics as we know it would collapse, as the GOP would be unable to function at all. At least the left has slightly lower levels of hypocrisy, so they could survive.

Every collapse of EVERY civilization has WealthGap / Inequality in-Common as the leading indicator.
This is the end of times, the sunset of Mankind. Humanity's disproportionate Take from nature, it's resources, RELATIVE to Every Other organ of the Biosphere REQUIRED to keep it all running.
Our economy, oblivious to the Health of the Ecosystem, no price on pollution, no price habitat destruction, no price on a living forest, no price on a living whale.
